The Invisible Touch: The Four Keys to Modern Marketing contains an amazing depth of marketing knowledge and wisdom, packaged as bite-sized strategies and principles. It is a must read for anyone who is in the business of selling something.

Marketing principles are demonstrated by using examples that make easy reading and very good sense. They are concise snippets, mostly 2 to 3 pages long. Many of them refer to examples and the all contain really useful lessons.

By reading a few snippets every day my ability to think strategically improved steadily and I was aware of my strategic focus improving. Selling The Invisible is highly recommended reading.
